Quick answers

Which form of shilajit should I choose?

Choose resin if you want the traditional, least processed form and don't mind dissolving it in a warm drink. Choose drops for quick, measured servings, and capsules if you prefer no taste. All three are made from the same purified Himalayan resin in our own facility.

How much shilajit do I take a day?

Follow the label of the product you buy. As a guide, resin is about 300–500 mg (a pea-sized portion) once a day, drops are 5–10 drops a day in a drink, and capsules are one 700 mg capsule a day. Do not use shilajit if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and speak to your doctor first if you have a medical condition or take medication.

Is every batch lab tested?

Yes. Batches are tested by independent third-party laboratories for heavy metals and microbiology, and the reports are published on our Lab Reports page. Our facility holds Eurofins GMP Verification (certificate EI_FA_UC_042, valid until 26 March 2028).
